You can get a fresh copy at any time from your user page on our store.

Installation

Most recent Decimus products will automatically detect and install a license file once you download it, but older products may require you to double-click on the license file in the Finder or drop the license file on the application icon in the Dock.

Check that you have an appropriate version of the software

License files have the purchased product encoded into them, and will only be accepted by that product and any lesser types of the same product. For instance, if you purchased Synk 7 Pro, it will also be accepted by Synk 7 Standard and all types of Synk 6, but not vice versa.
