Be sure to check any spam filters you may have on your email account; nine times out of ten, that’s where it is.
If it’s not in there, then maybe it’s assigned to a different email address than you expected: try having it resent to you with our lost license retrieval page. If it reports that it can’t find any transactions for the email address you entered, then you may have typo'd when purchasing the license. If so, email us below with your correct email, and we’ll reassign it to the desired address for you.
